Cook III – Culinary Team Member

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Cook III to join our culinary team at our Gurgaon hotel. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen, preparing high‑quality dishes while adhering to our brand’s standards for taste, presentation, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients – portion, chop, wash, peel, weigh and measure.
• Cook and assemble dishes according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Test foods for doneness and monitor food quality throughout preparation.
• Set‑up and break down work stations, serve food in proper portions, and maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen environment.
• Check and record appliance and food temperatures.
• Follow all company safety, security and food‑handling policies; report any hazards or incidents.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of relevant culinary experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills

• Operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
• Food preparation and cooking techniques.
• Food safety, sanitation and temperature control.
