About the role
We are looking for a motivated Cook III to join our culinary team at our Gurgaon hotel. You will work in a fast‑paced kitchen, preparing high‑quality dishes while adhering to our brand’s standards for taste, presentation, and safety.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients – portion, chop, wash, peel, weigh and measure.
- Cook and assemble dishes according to recipes, quality and presentation standards.
- Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
- Test foods for doneness and monitor food quality throughout preparation.
- Set‑up and break down work stations, serve food in proper portions, and maintain a clean, sanitized kitchen environment.
- Check and record appliance and food temperatures.
- Follow all company safety, security and food‑handling policies; report any hazards or incidents.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of proprietary information.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- At least 1 year of relevant culinary experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
Required skills
- Operating ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers.
- Food preparation and cooking techniques.
- Food safety, sanitation and temperature control.
