Controlling Specialist – Finance Planning & Analysis

About the role

The Controlling Specialist will work closely with senior leadership to support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities across Metro Global Solution Center. The role also provides analytical support for Board presentations and coordinates with corporate management to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning process for budgets, forecasts and VCP, gathering inputs from relevant stakeholders.
• Manage the monthly closing process and produce KPI reports, including variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Prepare ad‑hoc financial analyses and presentations for senior management and internal stakeholders.
• Drill down into department‑specific costs to forecast and control expenses accurately.
• Compile cost‑center and profit‑center revenue billing details.
• Determine allocation keys and perform monthly overhead cost allocation to business units and offices.

Required profile

• University degree in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Qualified Chartered Accountant or MBA.
• 4‑5 years of experience in controlling, accounting or financial reporting.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
