Controller Coordinator – Cost Accounting

About the role

Dow is seeking a Controller Coordinator to provide consistent, high‑quality cost accounting support and reporting to internal stakeholders. The role is part of a global team focused on delivering sustainable solutions through rigorous financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Execute month‑end closing activities, generate and review time‑entry and invoicing reports across multiple systems.
• Propose accruals for contract labor and utilize Diamond Systems Reporting, SAP, MS Access and MS Excel for data consolidation.
• Monitor functional mailboxes and personal email to respond to inquiries and maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed documentation of work processes, and drive process improvements or automation initiatives as needed.

Required profile

• Qualified CMA/CA (fresh graduate) or Inter‑CMA/Inter‑CA/MBA with at least 1 year of costing and accounting experience.
• B.Com/M.Com or related degree with 2 + years of costing/accounting experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, proactive communication style, and ability to act as a business partner.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
