Content Producer

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time Content Producer to join our Noida office. You will plan, create and manage multimedia content across video, social media, web and other digital channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop production timelines, storyboards and content calendars in collaboration with writers and marketers.
• Oversee content from concept through delivery, managing revisions and optimizing assets for each platform.
• Coordinate video shoots, post‑production workflows and ensure consistent tone and quality.
• Maintain content assets using a content management system and keep calendars up to date.
• Track performance metrics, analyse results and recommend improvements to boost engagement and conversions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in end‑to‑end content production, including video production and post‑production.
• Strong writing ability for scripts, social copy and web content.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communication, Film, Marketing or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Agency or production house background is a plus.
