About the role

Aster RV Hospital is seeking a qualified Consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology to join its clinical team. The successful candidate will deliver high‑quality patient care, lead teaching activities, and contribute to research initiatives within a multidisciplinary environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynaecological clinical services to patients.
• Maintain patient dignity, privacy, autonomy, and confidentiality at all times.
• Supervise, mentor, and serve as a role model for junior colleagues.
• Plan and execute teaching, research, and administrative tasks.
• Initiate and conduct independent research leading to publications in peer‑reviewed journals.
• Adhere to hospital rules, regulations, and any additional duties assigned by the department head.
