Construction Supervisor

About the role
We are looking for a reliable, deadline‑driven Construction Supervisor to lead our construction crews. In this role you will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety standards and building regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard and manage new crew members.
- Monitor crew performance, provide feedback and recommend improvements.
- Educate all staff on safety practices and enforce compliance.
- Ensure project budgets are adhered to and that required materials and equipment are available.
- Identify problems on site and develop feasible solutions.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and building codes.
- Proven leadership abilities with a focus on problem‑solving.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
