Construction Manager – Pune

About the role

M Moser Associates is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join its Pune office and lead the delivery of workplace interior fit‑out projects. The role focuses on site management, coordination with contractors, and ensuring high‑quality execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction site activities for workplace interior fit‑out projects.
• Coordinate all disciplines on site to align with project requirements and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Work closely with internal design, contracts, and project management teams for smooth execution.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to guarantee proper workmanship and timely completion.
• Monitor construction progress, provide regular site updates, and resolve issues proactively.
• Liaise with third‑party consultants such as architects and engineers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks against drawings and specifications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Construction, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience managing construction sites, preferably in commercial interiors or workplace projects.
• Strong ability to interpret construction drawings and coordinate interior works with MEP services.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.
• Proven site management, coordination, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contractors and site activities simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated with strong communication and teamwork abilities.
