Project Manager – Construction (MEP & IT Infrastructure)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead MEP and IT infrastructure delivery within construction and building fit‑out projects. The role combines strong construction knowledge with deep expertise in networking, server rooms, and related technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, budget, schedule, and execute MEP and IT infrastructure projects from inception to handover.
• Manage vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Coordinate closely with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and MEP specialists.
• Oversee installation of networking, structured cabling, MDF/IDF rooms, server rooms, and security systems.
• Monitor project performance, risks, and compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT project management experience within construction, fit‑out, or workplace projects.
• Proven track record delivering complex IT infrastructure in building environments.
• PMP certification preferred.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multi‑disciplinary stakeholder groups.
