BIM Civil Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented BIM Civil Engineer with at least five years of hands‑on experience in Revit‑based modeling for civil and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will lead the creation of accurate 3D BIM models, manage Scan‑to‑BIM workflows, and ensure seamless coordination across multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop high‑quality 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit for drainage, utilities, site development, and external works.
• Process point‑cloud data and integrate laser scans, LiDAR, and photogrammetry into as‑built Revit models.
• Collaborate with architecture, MEP, and structural teams to maintain clash‑free designs.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks Manage.
• Generate construction documentation (plans, sections, details) directly from BIM models.
• Enforce BIM execution plans, project standards, and quality checks.
• Maintain model accuracy, version control, and support project delivery via BIM 360 or Autodesk Construction Cloud.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum five years of BIM experience on civil infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and BIM standards such as ISO 19650 and PAS 1192.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
