Configuration Specialist – SaaS Platform Support

About the role

ZeroFox is seeking a Configuration Specialist to join its Customer Success program. In this role you will configure, optimise and monitor the ZeroFox SaaS platform, ensuring seamless operation and driving improved outcomes for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical configuration support to Customer Success teams to boost platform performance and efficiency.
• Prioritise and manage multiple tasks and workflows independently, aligning with team performance metrics.
• Execute customer success playbooks that promote adoption and enhance customer health.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert on ZeroFox platform capabilities, sharing best practices and technical insights.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success and Services to align configurations with business goals.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable platform configurations.
• Design and develop solutions such as API integrations and custom workflows to meet complex operational needs.
• Identify trends, troubleshoot issues and recommend product improvements based on data and feedback.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of ZeroFox features, tools and integrations.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS configuration, technical support, consulting or professional services.
• Proven ability to configure and manage enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity or a related field.
