Configuration Analyst I

About the role

Qualifacts is seeking a Configuration Analyst I to join its Vadodara office on the night shift. The analyst will support the implementation and maintenance of the company’s electronic health record (EHR) platforms, ensuring configurations meet client needs and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Clinical and Billing Implementation Specialists by configuring system tools and delivering client training.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve low to moderate complexity EHR requests while maintaining quality and SLA commitments.
• Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and customers to manage issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Collaborate with implementation specialists, project managers, and vendors to align configurations with organizational requirements.

Required profile

• High School diploma with relevant EHR or behavioral‑health agency experience; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience with EHR software or recent graduate status.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience configuring and using EHR software.
• Fast and accurate typing skills.
