Compliance Senior Associate

About the role

Join PwC's Ethics and Business Conduct practice within Risk and Compliance services as a Compliance Senior Associate. You will work with a dedicated team to design, assess, and improve compliance and ethics programmes for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enhance the compliance testing framework, including methodology and checklists.
• Lead and execute compliance testing projects, supervising junior staff and providing guidance.
• Evaluate policies, SOPs, and guidelines to refine testing attributes and identify unmitigated risks.
• Review testing documentation to ensure alignment with re‑performance standards and maintain central databases.
• Track implementation of recommendations, finalize exceptions, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Prepare management presentations summarising testing cycles for senior leadership.
• Represent the compliance lead in forums, contribute to analytics initiatives, and support quality reporting.
• Coach and train team members, fostering a learning culture.

Required profile

• Senior Associate level with proven experience in compliance testing and risk assessment.
• Ability to supervise teams, manage projects, and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
