Compliance Intern – Food Technology

About the role
Join a state‑of‑the‑art food testing laboratory as a Compliance Intern. You will work closely with the regulatory team to ensure products meet Indian food safety standards and gain hands‑on experience in a certified ISO 9001:2015 environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in interpreting and applying FSSAI regulations to new and existing products.
- Support label validation processes and prepare documentation for product approvals.
- Participate in internal audits and compliance checks.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to address safety and hygiene queries.
Required profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Own a personal laptop for daily tasks.
- Available to work Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm, with two Saturdays off and Sundays off.
