Compliance Analyst – Global Ethics Office

About the role

The Global Ethics Office (GEO) in Hyderabad supports Invesco’s worldwide compliance framework. As a Compliance Analyst you will primarily serve the North America region, with the flexibility to assist other regions as business needs evolve.

Key responsibilities

• Manage trade executions and review employee transaction confirmations for compliance with the Code of Ethics.
• Process personal trading pre‑clearance requests and determine approvals or rejections.
• Maintain and reconcile broker account mappings, close non‑approved accounts, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Monitor employee compliance requirements, including periodic disclosures and certifications.
• Support internal and external audit requests by compiling and validating relevant compliance data.
• Handle highly confidential employee information with utmost discretion.

Required profile

• Experience supporting compliance activities within a global ethics or regulatory function.
• Familiarity with personal trading policies and the ability to interpret the Code of Ethics.
• Strong analytical skills to identify potential conflicts and data discrepancies.
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and regions.
