Community Manager (Remote, 12-month FTC)

About the role

Greenpark is seeking a dedicated Community Manager to nurture and grow engaged online communities of diamond lovers across the United States. This remote, 12‑month fixed‑term position focuses on fostering authentic conversations, answering queries, and amplifying brand presence on multiple social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage discussion threads on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Reddit and other platforms.
• Engage with community members using an on‑brand tone, answering questions and sparking deeper conversations.
• Identify and act on opportunities for deeper engagement, such as advice requests or product inquiries.
• Flag trending topics, FAQs, or sensitive comments for the content team.
• Track engagement metrics and community sentiment to inform content strategy.
• Stay current on diamond and jewellery trends to provide timely, relevant responses.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing social media or online communities in‑house, at an agency or freelance.
• Strong written communication with an adaptable, on‑brand voice.
• Interest or knowledge of diamonds, fine jewellery, or luxury lifestyle content.
• Comfortable navigating social platforms and related tools.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Availability to monitor platforms within agreed windows, including occasional evenings or weekends.
• Experience producing rigorous reports and insights.
