Community Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑moving full‑service marketing agency looking for a Community Manager to be the human voice of our brand. You will build, engage, and grow authentic communities across social, Discord, WhatsApp and other owned platforms, helping our clients stand out in crowded markets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand community presence on social channels, Discord, WhatsApp, forums, or similar platforms.
• Respond promptly to comments, DMs, and community questions while staying on‑brand.
• Design and run engagement activities such as AMAs, contests, and virtual events.
• Identify and nurture community advocates and super‑users.
• Surface community feedback to product and marketing teams.
• Moderate conversations, resolve conflicts, and handle negative sentiment calmly.
• Track health metrics like engagement, sentiment, and growth rates.
• Coordinate with support teams to address recurring community issues.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of community management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to resolve conflicts under pressure.
