AppVersal is seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead its college sponsorships, on‑ground activations and influencer collaborations in Greater Noida West. The role focuses on building and nurturing relationships with student communities, brand partners and users through strategic communication and email marketing.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute college sponsorships and on‑ground activation campaigns.
• Collaborate with influencers, student communities and brand partners to amplify reach.
• Engage with users through regular calls and maintain strong, lasting relationships.
• Collect, manage and segment large email contact lists.
• Design and launch effective email marketing campaigns.
• Develop and implement creative ideas to grow and engage the community.
• Track activities and metrics accurately, reporting on performance.
• Maintain high organisational standards across all tasks.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management, influencer collaborations or student outreach.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to handle large volumes of data and maintain organised processes.
• Results‑oriented mindset with attention to detail.
