Community Manager & Influencer Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Community Manager who will lead influencer outreach and build an engaged online community. The successful candidate will identify potential collaborators, manage outreach campaigns, and represent the brand authentically across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant influencers, creators, and community partners.
• Conduct outreach via email, social media, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and community members.
• Coordinate collaborations, product promotions, and partnership opportunities.
• Manage day‑to‑day engagement on social and community platforms.
• Respond to comments, messages, and conversations promptly.
• Maintain an organized tracker of outreach activity, responses, and campaign status.
• Collaborate with marketing and internal teams on messaging and initiatives.
• Monitor trends to uncover new engagement opportunities.
• Track performance metrics and report on key results.

Required profile

• Previous experience in community management, influencer marketing, or related fields.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confidence in reaching out to new contacts and building professional relationships.
• Good understanding of major platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
• Ability to research and select influencers that match target audiences.
• Excellent organizational and follow‑up abilities.
• Comfortable handling multiple conversations and campaigns simultaneously.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
