Community Manager – Engagement & Community Growth

About the role

We are seeking a Community Manager to build and nurture an engaged wellness community for Yoga Circle. The role focuses on deepening user relationships, driving engagement, gathering feedback, and creating community‑led growth through both online and offline experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with members across digital and offline touchpoints.
• Engage users to improve participation, trust and a sense of belonging, identifying power users and fostering supportive interactions.
• Collect, organize and synthesize user feedback, acting as the community’s voice within cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Product, CRM, Growth and Yoga teams to translate insights into product improvements.
• Create and manage smaller community circles, champion and ambassador programs, and develop playbooks for community leaders.
• Drive organic growth through referrals, network effects, and plan offline meetups, workshops and wellness events.
• Encourage user‑generated content and storytelling to boost retention and advocacy.

Required profile

• 3–7 years of experience in community management, social media, or related fields.
• Highly empathetic, community‑oriented and relationship‑driven.
• Strong communication skills and ability to turn engaged users into advocates.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across product, growth and marketing teams.
