Community Development Manager – Global Immigrant Communities

About the role

GoMigro is seeking a passionate Community Development Manager to lead the growth and engagement of its global immigrant communities. You will shape strategies, launch new local groups, and create experiences that keep members active, connected, and supported.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community growth strategies across multiple countries and interest groups.
• Launch, scale, and nurture new country, city, and interest‑based communities.
• Drive member engagement through discussions, polls, challenges, and interactive content.
• Moderate community discussions, enforce guidelines, and maintain a respectful environment.
• Gather member feedback and translate insights into product and community improvements.
• Plan and execute virtual and in‑person events such as webinars, networking sessions, AMAs, workshops, and local meetups.
• Recruit, onboard, and support Country Ambassadors and volunteers, providing training and resources.
• Build partnerships with immigrant associations, universities, NGOs, relocation partners, employers, and community organisations.
• Track and analyze key community metrics including growth, active members, engagement rate, and event participation.
