About the role
The Community Associate is the face of WeWork, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and supporting members throughout their journey. You will work closely with the Community Management team to ensure smooth daily operations and drive member engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the first and last point of contact for members and visitors, managing front‑desk duties during business hours.
- Greet, check‑in, and escort guests, schedule tours, and handle on‑demand member check‑ins and check‑outs.
- Distribute promotional materials, assist with event set‑up and breakdown, and create event posters and newsletters.
- Support community initiatives, facilitate member introductions, and manage communications via email and print.
- Resolve member issues, track tickets, and conduct one‑on‑one feedback sessions.
- Contribute to renewal and growth targets, oversee special amenities, and help generate ancillary revenue.
