Key Account Manager – Fashion & Footwear (Gurgaon)

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to lead our fashion, footwear and apparel portfolio on major e‑commerce platforms. Based in Gurgaon, you will drive sales growth and nurture relationships with top online retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand relationships with key accounts such as Flipkart, Myntra and Nykaa.
• Develop account strategies to meet sales targets and increase revenue.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and supply‑chain teams to ensure alignment.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximise profitability.
• Prepare regular performance reports and sales forecasts for senior management.
• Address client inquiries promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑7 years of experience as a Key Account Manager in fashion, footwear, apparel, D2C, lifestyle or FMCG.
• Proven track record managing relationships with major e‑commerce platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and negotiation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and capacity to work both independently and in a team.
