About the role

Join a leading global bank as it builds its India technology and operations centre. As a Communications Specialist you will create and manage internal and external messaging, ensuring the brand voice is consistent and employees stay informed.

Key responsibilities

• Write internal updates, newsletters, and leadership messages.
• Support announcements, town‑hall events, and employee communications.
• Maintain tone, accuracy, and timing across all internal channels.
• Draft external communications, press notes, and brand messaging.
• Partner with HR, leadership, and marketing to shape key narratives.

Required profile

• 1 to 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or content creation.
• Excellent written English with a clear, professional tone.
• Strong judgement, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Clear spoken English and a reliable remote‑work setup.
