Commission Sales Associate – Hotel & Events

About the role

The Commission Sales Associate works full‑time on‑site in Jaipur, driving revenue for a hotel that combines accommodation, banquet facilities, restaurant, bar and disco. The role focuses on selling rooms, event packages and food‑and‑beverage services to individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and follow up with potential clients through phone, email and in‑person visits.
• Respond promptly to inquiries, prepare tailored proposals and close sales for room, banquet, restaurant and bar bookings.
• Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure accurate information and smooth guest experiences.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records of leads, conversions and sales performance.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales and commission targets.
• Build long‑term relationships with corporate accounts, travel partners, event planners and walk‑in guests to generate repeat and referral business.

Required profile

• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities with a commission‑driven mindset.
• Excellent customer‑service and relationship‑building skills for guests and corporate clients.
• Basic marketing and promotional knowledge to support hotel offers and packages.
• Clear communication in English and local languages, with professional presentation skills.
• Comfortable using phone, email and basic computer applications for lead management and reporting.
• Prior experience in hospitality, travel, events or a similar customer‑facing sales role is preferred.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jaipur with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High integrity, reliability and a proactive approach to achieving targets.
