Commis Chef – Continental, American & European Cuisine

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at London Coffee Club in Agra. The successful candidate will support the preparation and presentation of Continental, American and European dishes in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior chefs in preparing menu items across Italian, French, Continental and Mexican cuisines.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation.
• Operate in hot and cold sections, manage bulk production and breakfast service.
• Support inventory control, cost monitoring and kitchen organization.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Continental, American and European cuisine.
• Strong knowledge of food presentation and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high‑volume professional kitchen.
• Creative mindset with a focus on consistent quality.
