Commis 3 – Continental & Pizza Chef (Mysuru)

About the role

We are looking for a Commis 3 chef to join our retail food outlet in Mysuru, focusing on continental dishes and pizza preparation. The role involves supporting the Head Chef during busy periods and ensuring consistent food quality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare pizzas, continental dishes and related menu items following standard recipes.
• Maintain food quality, portion control and presentation standards.
• Follow hygiene, safety and cleanliness protocols in line with FSSAI standards.
• Manage stock, inventory and daily mise en place.
• Assist the Head Chef/Kitchen Supervisor during peak hours to ensure timely order preparation and minimal wastage.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in continental cuisine or pizza making at a retail food outlet, QSR or restaurant.
• Diploma/Certificate in Culinary Arts (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Good personal hygiene and grooming standards.
