About the role

The Commercial Sales Specialist will drive revenue growth by engaging with leads, delivering product presentations, and building lasting client relationships. Working in a fast‑paced startup environment, you will use data‑driven strategies to enhance the customer experience and achieve sales targets across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up on business leads and referrals assigned by the inside sales team to move prospects through the sales process.
• Develop and implement smart, data‑driven sales strategies that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Travel to client sites, conduct product demonstrations and presentations, and close sales deals.
• Maintain a results‑oriented focus in a high‑pressure startup setting, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Participate in local marketing initiatives, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to regional expansion.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of experience in a high‑pace sales or startup environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
• Self‑starter with a proactive, results‑driven attitude.
• Team player who collaborates effectively and motivates colleagues.
• Strong networking, negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Proficiency in the local language is a plus.
