Commercial Account Executive – Bangalore

About the role

ClickHouse is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to expand its cloud‑first customer base in Bangalore. You will drive adoption of ClickHouse Cloud, shape market positioning, and build long‑term strategic relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, nurture and close short‑term Cloud monthly contracts while building a pipeline for complex, strategic commercial deals.
• Evangelize ClickHouse’s vision and solutions to secure strategic commitments and drive product awareness.
• Take a solution‑based selling approach, delivering clear business value to customers.
• Champion ClickHouse Cloud innovation, increasing market adoption and awareness.
• Manage customer details, use cases, timelines and forecasting within Salesforce.
• Provide accurate monthly business forecasts.
• Engage in local developer meetups and help organize ClickHouse community events.

Required profile

• Proven ability to manage cross‑functional resources, from dedicated teams to executive staff.
• Expertise aligning cloud solutions with customer business needs, challenges and technical requirements.
• 5+ years experience in open‑source software/database with a background in cloud and infrastructure software.
• Passion for building long‑lasting customer relationships and working cross‑functionally in a diverse, global team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with strong business and technical acumen.
