Sales Development Representative

About the role

Coram AI is building a world‑class sales team and seeks a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Bangalore to support US‑based Account Executives. The SDR will generate a qualified pipeline for Coram AI’s cloud video security platform by identifying, reaching out to, and engaging potential customers.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the US sales team to build and manage a qualified pipeline of opportunities.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach across multiple industries.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leads to schedule qualified meetings.
• Research target accounts, identify key decision‑makers, and tailor outreach to their business needs.
• Maintain accurate activity records and pipeline data in the CRM.
• Work closely with US Account Executives to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily/weekly activity goals for calls, emails, and meetings booked.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of experience in sales development, preferably in outbound‑heavy SaaS or technology environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Grit, resilience, and a competitive drive to exceed targets.
• Ability to quickly learn and articulate the value of complex technology solutions.
• Willingness to work night‑shift US hours (until 3 AM IST).
• Preference for an onsite work environment.
