Coating Line Operator – Production Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Coating Line Operator to support our manufacturing floor. You will be responsible for running the coating line, ensuring product quality, and maintaining equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Key responsibilities

• Operate coating line machinery and associated equipment according to SOPs and work instructions.
• Set up and adjust coating parameters such as line speed, thickness, temperature, tension and curing conditions.
• Monitor production runs, make real‑time adjustments, and achieve daily output targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Conduct routine quality inspections, measuring coating thickness, adhesion, surface finish and other specified parameters.
• Record production data, downtime, rejections and process parameters; prepare daily production reports.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance of the coating line.
• Report equipment abnormalities, breakdowns and maintenance needs; assist maintenance teams during repairs.
• Follow all plant safety regulations, PPE requirements and environmental standards; maintain 5S housekeeping.

Required profile

• Previous experience operating industrial coating equipment or similar production machinery.
• Ability to read and follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail for quality checks and documentation.
• Commitment to safety, environmental and housekeeping standards.
