Cluster Manager

About the role

The Cluster Manager will lead a group of MacV retail stores in Mumbai, ensuring that each outlet meets sales targets, delivers a premium customer experience, and adheres to brand standards. This full‑time, on‑site position reports to senior retail leadership and works closely with central teams to execute the company’s retail strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily store operations and review sales performance across the cluster.
• Guide and coach store managers on achieving targets, visual merchandising, and promotional activities.
• Analyse sales data, set KPIs, and implement action plans to improve revenue and profitability.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance management for all store teams.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, inventory control, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with central functions on local marketing initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in multi‑store retail operations, preferably in fashion, lifestyle or eyewear.
• Strong background in sales planning, KPI tracking and profitability management.
• Demonstrated people‑management skills, including coaching, performance reviews and fostering an inclusive culture.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation with the ability to handle escalations and build loyalty.
• Experience in visual merchandising, inventory control and compliance across multiple locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment and willing to travel between stores in the Mumbai cluster.
