Cluster Executive Housekeeper – Hospitality Cluster

About the role

The upcoming Crowne Plaza & Holiday Inn cluster in Zirakpur is seeking a Cluster Executive Housekeeper to oversee housekeeping and laundry operations across two brands. You will ensure every guest room meets the highest standards while supporting sustainability and profitability goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a large housekeeping and laundry team to deliver exceptional standards.
• Manage inventory, order supplies and equipment, and minimise waste in line with green initiatives.
• Prepare and monitor budgets to maximise profitability.
• Handle special guest requests, including VIP and repeat visitor needs.
• Assist with deep‑cleaning projects and support the team during peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local health, safety and labour regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in hospitality or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospitality or catering environment.
• Proven supervisory experience managing housekeeping or laundry teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in the local language(s) required.
