Clinical Receptionist & Client Relations Executive (Gurgaon & South Delhi)

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and organized professional to serve as the first point of contact for patients and visitors at our clinics in Gurgaon and South Delhi. The role blends front‑desk reception duties, telesales, and clinic coordination to ensure a smooth and supportive patient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors courteously and manage the front‑desk environment.
• Answer incoming calls, provide information about services, and schedule appointments.
• Coordinate patient flow, follow‑up communications, and daily clinic operations.
• Maintain accurate patient records while complying with privacy regulations.
• Assist with billing, insurance verification, and related administrative tasks.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient satisfaction.
• Handle filing, data entry, inventory management, and address patient feedback.

Required profile

• At least 1.5 years of experience in a similar healthcare front‑desk or client‑relations role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
• Patient‑centred attitude and empathetic approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Experience using office software and appointment‑scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with lead generation or telesales platforms.
