About the role

We are seeking an MBBS qualified doctor to lead clinical operations and manage the emergency department of a 40‑bed multi‑speciality hospital in Kanpur. The role offers immediate joining and provides exposure to both patient care and hospital administration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee emergency and floor patient care, ensuring timely stabilization and treatment.
• Supervise clinical workflows, patient flow, and coordination with nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate medical documentation and compliance with hospital standards.
• Ensure quality treatment, patient safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with registration from UPMC (Uttar Pradesh Medical Council).
• Experience in emergency medicine preferred.
• Strong communication and patient management abilities.
