Clinical Application Specialist – French Speaking (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Clinical Application Specialist to join a leading healthcare‑technology company that delivers cloud‑based solutions for diagnostic imaging and radiology. The role is fully remote and involves close interaction with customers, clinical users, and internal product teams to ensure successful adoption of sophisticated clinical software.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical support throughout the sales cycle, from product demos to implementation.
• Deliver on‑site and virtual training sessions, develop educational materials, and produce post‑training reports.
• Assist customers with installations, configurations, and troubleshooting of application‑related issues.
• Collaborate with engineering and development teams to investigate and resolve reported problems.
• Gather customer feedback, communicate improvement opportunities, and contribute to user guides and product documentation.
• Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and other customer‑facing events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a medical/clinical discipline or equivalent experience as a radiographer or medical imaging professional.
• 4‑5 years of experience with clinical applications, healthcare technology, or diagnostic imaging platforms.
• Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging workflows and clinical environments.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain technical concepts to both clinical and non‑technical audiences.
• Proactive, independent, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, remote setting.
