Client Strategy Manager

About the role

The Client Strategy Manager leads assigned accounts, providing expert counsel on crisis communications, new service ideas, industry trends, and platform opportunities. This fully remote, full‑time position works closely with C‑suite clients to shape and execute strategic communication plans.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, leading regular meetings and strategic reviews.
• Collaborate with clients on production and content planning, hiring vendors, and defining deliverables.
• Oversee creative team timelines in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Manage client‑team communications to align project schedules with feasibility.
• Review content for brand consistency, accuracy, style, messaging, visual appeal, and strategic alignment before client approval.
• Assess team efficiency, provide training, and balance autonomy with guidance.
• Identify system, team, and service improvements to increase efficiency and meet client goals.
• Prepare and discuss monthly account reports, recommending service adjustments as needed.
• Train and support team members on graphic design, email marketing, press releases, media relations, social media concepts, and video/photo editing.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in public relations, marketing, communications or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience counseling C‑suite executives on high‑level, sensitive topics.
• Proven leadership experience with delegation and timeline oversight.
• Creative yet detail‑oriented with the ability to meet daily deadlines.
• Self‑motivated and productive in a fully remote environment.
