About the role
Brahmarishi Homes is seeking an experienced and responsible Civil Project Manager to lead residential construction projects in Vijayawada. You will oversee projects from planning through completion, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, manage and supervise construction projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors and site teams.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards and budgets.
- Ensure construction work follows approved drawings and specifications.
- Manage site activities, materials and manpower.
- Identify and resolve project‑related issues.
- Prepare progress reports and provide regular project updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety and construction standards.
Required profile
- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in residential or construction projects.
- Strong project planning and site management skills.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Strong communication and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.
