Chief of Staff & Executive Personal Assistant

About the role

Mokshaa Technologies is looking for a highly disciplined Chief of Staff and Executive Personal Assistant to support a multipreneur active in IT, venture capital, and real estate. This hybrid position blends strategic business operations with personal and lifestyle management, requiring a "right‑hand" mindset where no task is too small.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise complex, cross‑vertical schedules (IT, VC, Real Estate) while acting as the primary gatekeeper for business partners.
• Oversee special projects, research, and follow‑ups on high‑value deals using advanced productivity tools.
• Coordinate personal logistics for the CEO and family, including event hosting, hospitality, and domestic errands.
• Handle vehicle ownership duties, driving, maintenance, and travel arrangements both within India and internationally.
• Maintain a pristine work and living environment, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Required profile

• Ownership mindset with meticulous attention to detail and a "no work is not my work" attitude.
• Native‑level English; good proficiency in at least two of Hindi, Tamil, or Telugu.
• Own a vehicle, hold a valid driver’s licence, and be willing to travel extensively.
• Ability to work US time zones from India and relocate to the US up to six months per year.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and an MBA from a reputable institution.

What we offer

• Annual base salary of ₹6,00,000 INR.
• Performance bonus ranging from 10% to 40%.
• Full coverage of travel expenses and US living costs during assignments.
