Chef – Loaded Fries & Comfort Food Specialist

About the role

The Fries Empire is looking for a passionate Chef to lead the preparation of our signature loaded fries, comfort‑food plates, and café‑style dishes. You will work in a vibrant, fast‑paced kitchen, ensuring every plate meets our high standards of taste, presentation, and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook loaded fries, comfort‑food items, and café dishes according to established recipes.
• Manage daily kitchen operations, including timing, order flow, and station set‑up.
• Maintain consistency in flavor, portion size, and visual presentation.
• Ensure strict adherence to food‑safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee ingredient inventory, stock rotation, and waste reduction.
• Collaborate with the team on new dish development and menu execution.
• Support peak‑hour service by coordinating with front‑of‑house staff.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hot‑kitchen environments, especially frying and comfort‑food preparation.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced setting and manage multiple orders.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
