Chef – Bengali, Chinese & Continental Cuisine

About the role

Mousuni Beach Canvas Resort is seeking a passionate Chef to lead the kitchen in creating authentic Bengali, Chinese and Continental dishes. The role requires delivering high‑quality meals while upholding the resort’s standards of cleanliness and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present Bengali, Chinese and Continental cuisine for resort guests.
• Maintain consistent taste, quality and portion control across all dishes.
• Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene and kitchen cleanliness standards.
• Manage food preparation and kitchen operations independently with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to support smooth service flow.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of Bengali, Chinese and Continental dishes.
• Excellent food preparation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, responsible attitude toward kitchen operations.
• Ability to work independently and confidently.
• Relevant experience in hotel, resort or restaurant settings preferred.
