Change Delivery Manager

About the role

Stats Perform is looking for a Change Delivery Manager to lead the Operations Automation Deployment Framework. This business‑facing role will coordinate planning, project management and change enablement across multiple automation initiatives, ensuring they deliver measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Own and manage the six‑stage deployment roadmap, defining timelines, dependencies and gate criteria.
• Establish and enforce gate review processes, holding role leads accountable for deliverables such as UAT sign‑off, process documentation, training, go‑live readiness, support SLA and impact measurement.
• Make go/no‑go decisions with the Steering Group and promptly escalate blockers or risks to senior leadership.
• Recruit and staff core roles (Ops UAT Lead, Process & QMS Lead, Innovation Lead, SME Expert, Change Champion) and maintain clear RACI matrices.
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technical teams and operational leadership to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management, delivery orchestration and change enablement within an operations or automation context.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive accountability.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions and communicate progress to senior leadership.
