About the role
The Cashier Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors at our family entertainment centre. You will welcome guests, process admissions and payments, and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience from the moment they arrive. This role combines front‑desk hospitality with retail sales to support daily operations.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests, providing information about the centre’s attractions and services.
- Handle ticket admissions, cash and card transactions, and process membership sales.
- Manage bookings and reservations, maintaining accurate records in the centre’s system.
- Promote and sell toys, merchandise, and additional services to maximise revenue.
- Maintain a tidy reception area and ensure all cash handling procedures are followed.
- Support the team with day‑to‑day operational tasks as needed.
Required profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
- Basic computer proficiency for using booking and POS systems.
- Sales‑oriented attitude with a customer‑first mindset.
