Cashier for Jewellery Store

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Cashier to join our jewellery store in Jabalpur. The role is full‑time and on‑site, focusing on accurate transaction processing and delivering courteous service to every customer.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer purchases using cash, card and digital payment methods.
• Issue invoices and receipts, and maintain the cash register throughout the shift.
• Balance the register and reconcile transactions at the end of each day.
• Greet customers, answer basic product and price queries, and support sales staff.
• Maintain a secure and organized counter area, following store security procedures.

Required profile

• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication and customer‑service skills.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to follow security protocols.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work full‑time on‑site.
• High school diploma or equivalent; retail or accounting training is a plus.
