Sales Officer – Agrochemical Products

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer to drive the growth of our agrochemical portfolio across Madhya Pradesh. You will be responsible for expanding our dealer and distributor network, strengthening relationships with farmers, and achieving sales targets for high‑impact crop protection solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
• Identify, recruit and develop new dealers, distributors and retail partners.
• Maintain regular contact with channel partners and provide on‑site support to farmers.
• Organise field demonstrations, product promotions and farmer meetings.
• Monitor stock levels, product movement and secondary sales data.
• Ensure timely collection of payments from partners.
• Conduct market visits and deliver competitor and market insights to management.

Required profile

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Agriculture or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in agrochemical or agri‑input sales.
• Strong knowledge of the local market and an existing dealer/distributor network is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
