Cash Management Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Cash Management professional to oversee transaction processing, cash allocation and reconciliation activities. The role supports the team by handling manual payments, returns, and providing timely answers to internal queries.

Key responsibilities

• Understand transaction nature and allocate cash in the system.
• Process manual payments, return payments, and manage cash flow and retail reconciliation.
• Create Management Information (MI) reports on time and produce monthly SLA data.
• Handle stop or reinstate cheque requests, transfer lodgments, and manage debits/credits.
• Execute payment processing requests with utmost accuracy.
• Manage write‑offs, offsets, partial cash allocations, commission adjustments and their reversals.
• Respond to customer queries quickly and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure transaction quality complies with predefined parameters and company policies.
• Perform bank reconciliation, manage open items, and clear debit and credit entries.
• Focus on customer satisfaction through rapport building, clear communication and timely issue resolution.
