About the role

The Career Counsellor will act as an Inside Sales Manager for a training institute, helping prospective students understand course offerings and guiding them to enrol. Working as an individual contributor, you will combine phone‑based sales techniques with high‑quality customer service to drive revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Assist leads in understanding course details and convert them into enrolments.
• Conduct career counselling sessions to match candidates with suitable programmes.
• Develop short‑term and long‑term sales plans to achieve assigned targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, answering queries and providing accurate information.
• Convert leads from various marketing channels and identify referrals to expand the sales pipeline.
• Maintain post‑sale relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Participate in sales meetings to stay updated on new services and industry changes.

Required profile

• Full‑time availability.
• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience, preferably within a training institute.
• Strong verbal communication and phone sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
