Capital Market Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Capital Market Project Manager to lead strategic, cross‑divisional initiatives within our Bangalore office. The role will use Agile methodologies and governance tools to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead delivery of strategic initiatives using Agile and governance frameworks.
• Partner with engineering, business and operations sponsors to design complex solutions while balancing competing priorities.
• Identify, report and escalate project risks to senior partners and oversee remediation.
• Remove impediments at the program level by leveraging stakeholder relationships.
• Provide transparency on project progress, issues, timelines and budgets through governance forums and steering committees.

Required profile

• 7‑14 years of experience in business analysis, project or program management.
• Proven ability to drive delivery in cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, especially with senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Capability to identify cross‑functional issues and propose innovative, cost‑effective solutions.
