CAPEX Equipment BOM & CTB Engineer

About the role

The Equipment BOM & CTB Engineer is responsible for end‑to‑end management of equipment‑related CAPEX activities across projects. This role ensures the right equipment is delivered on time, at the right cost, and aligned with project milestones.

Key responsibilities

• Own creation, control and configuration of equipment Bills of Materials (BOM) and critical‑to‑build (CTB) planning.
• Perform detailed equipment gap analysis and align CAPEX needs with project demand.
• Validate equipment carry‑over lists, procurement requisitions and purchase orders.
• Coordinate with vendors on technical clarifications, retrofits, spares, calibration and readiness tracking.
• Prioritise logistics, mitigate shipment risks and support on‑site/off‑site retrofit execution.
• Provide daily status updates, dashboards and leadership reporting on risks and mitigation actions.
• Lead periodic asset and spare audits, report findings and drive corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Equipment BOM management, CAPEX planning, CTB execution, manufacturing or project engineering.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external vendors.
