Cambridge Teachers Trainer (CICTL)

About the role

upEducators, a leading EdTech company in India, is seeking an experienced Cambridge Teachers Trainer (CICTL) to deliver online training for the Cambridge International Certificate in Teaching and Learning (CICTL) programme. This freelance position offers flexible hours, working remotely during evening sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct live online training sessions for CICTL participants.
• Guide learners through coursework, assignments, and portfolio development.
• Evaluate and review submitted assignments, providing constructive feedback.
• Address participant queries and support their academic progress.
• Monitor participant performance and offer targeted assistance.
• Collaborate with the academic team to ensure smooth programme delivery.

Required profile

• Certified CICTL or CIDTL trainer.
• 8‑10 years of teaching experience, with at least 3 years teaching Cambridge curricula.
• Prior experience as a mentor or trainer is preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring abilities.
• Comfortable delivering sessions online and using digital teaching tools.
• Availability for sessions scheduled between 8:30 PM and 10:00 PM.
