About the role

Olivo Technologies is seeking a motivated Call Center Executive to provide first‑line support for its ERP solutions. You will interact with clients via phone, address their ERP‑related queries, and ensure a smooth experience throughout the support process.

Key responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from ERP users.
  • Diagnose and resolve ERP‑related issues or route them to the appropriate internal team.
  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm issue resolution and gauge satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams to expedite problem solving.

Required profile

  • 1–3 years of experience in a call centre or customer support environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in English and Malayalam.
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate ERP software.
  • Professional attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Required skills

  • Basic computer proficiency.
